Of course, with the start of every Cities Skylines Let’s Play series, we started the modded let’s play with a tour of the custom Cities Skylines map and showcased some of the details placed throughout. You can find a link to the map we used in the description above.
From there, we started to build out our initial grid for the city, choosing to go with the BIG Gravel Roads from the Steam Workshop. First, we laid out the starting grid for the residential area before heading over to create the grid and utilities for our town.
Once we laid out the water pipes, we built the starting point for our solar farm before we moved onto tweaking our budget, taxes, and building our first school for the community in Cities Skylines.
