I further develop the villa block, getting the first houses laid down, and I turn the economic island into a powerhouse of weapons and fish. The hovels soon become casas, then insulaes, and my city expands around more shoreline. The challenge later becomes getting clay to construct my new lighthouse, as the pottery workshops seem to hoarding clay like hamsters.
