MA2 Plugin: Identify DMX Universe

I have personally found it to be quite useful for re-install situations and troubleshooting of DMX-over-ethernet systems (PathPort, NPU). Compatible with MA2 versions 3.1.2.5 through 3.3.4.1 (current).
