Excel 2016 FreezePanes annoying bug on macOS Sierra (part 1)

This video illustrates a very annoying bug that I've been bearing with for months with Excel 2016 on my 2016 15" Macbook Pro. On this video (part 1) I'm using the touchpad on my MacBook Pro. The problem is very easy to reproduce when zooming in then scrolling left/right. On my Part 2 video I'm using a Logitech mouse and I'm manually zooming and moving the cells left and right with the scroll button: https://youtu.be/bMqGIkbVKhs This screen recording was made under the following versions (all up to date as of 2017-09-06): macOS Sierra 10.12.6 Microsoft Office 2016 15.37 Link to the Microsoft Answers forum here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_excel-mso_mac-mso_mac2016/i-havent-updated-since-office-1520-and-still/f83e71dd-9cce-478b-a098-de14a9afc227 Please Microsoft, find a fix!
