Ducklings!
Petunia the duck was nesting at the Coralville Public Library this month. Her ducklings hatched May 26 and the whole family left the nest around 3:30 p.m. on May 27. Soon after, I arrived at the library to make sure they were OK, but didn't see any ducklings, so I walked toward the nearby pond at ST Morrison Park. And there I found a mama duck, who I believe was our very own Petunia, waddling toward the pond with her ducklings! I started taping right before they reached the water.
