Source SDK 2007 Video Stress Test
Something I thought was interesting - hopefully it came out okay. This used to be packaged with Half-Life 2: Episode 2 and the Orange Box as an example of what the (then) newest iteration of the Source Engine could accomplish. It also would (optionally) record and send Valve your computer's specifications in order to help them have a greater understanding of what standard home PCs were currently capable of. This is available for free on the steam library as Source SDK 2007 (2006 does this too) under Tools. Players of Black Mesa or most mods requiring a download of Half-Life 2: Episode 2 should already have this downloaded in their library. It serves very little purpose at the moment as Portal 2 and Dota 2 have even later Source Engine iterations, but it's very cool to see what tech was capable of six years ago.
