48 Miles - An Unassisted California SUP FOIL DOWNWINDER
After seeing a super unusual wind forecast that was blowing side-shore all the way from Orange County to San Diego, Cole Kawana @bu_foil, Patrick @foilwithme, and Ryan Arzy @lafoiler loaded up a pack with water, couple snacks, a change of clothes, our sandals, and set out at Noon to see how far down the SoCal Coast we could go. Once the Sun started setting, we headed in, changed, and were able to get an Uber XL back up to our cars. I learned a lot from this run considering I was falling a bunch and every pop up took a considerable amount of energy to the point where I could barely stand at the end of the run 😅. Can’t wait for the next one!
