GR:W DLC Store Weapons Overview: Are They Worth It?

I apologize for the length on this one, I didn't think it was going to be this long. I've gotten a fair amount of requests for various weapons reviews, but I only have so much time in the week to do weapon testing and reviews, so I thought I'd do a general overview of all the DLC store weapons in the game, and give a general opinion of whether they're worth buying or not.
