Xbox One Can't Unmute Friends
Monday, April 9th, 2018: Xbox Is Currently Having Issues and Microsoft Is Looking Into This Problem! Solutions that were said to try: 1. Hard Reset and Power Cycle Answer: I tried to do this multiple times and nothing helped still the same. 2. Have a Friend Go On Your Account and Unmute Them Answer: Tried this and same result. 3. Delete and Re-download Your Account Answer: I didn't do it but my friend did and no this dosen't work. Things That Do Work: 1. Make A New Account and Multi play: Answer: Yes this does work but you have to be signed into the other account to talk to them. 2. Wait until Microsoft fixes their server: Answer: Sadly this is probably a glitch into the server and we'll have to wait it out and do the above until it's resolved.
