Doom II: Hell on Earth - City Part II
In this part, we work our way through a further two levels - The Inmost Dens and the Industrial Zone, both seemingly packed to the brim with low-level enemies like zombies and Imps. On one hand, I have a bit of trouble with Industrial Zone because a) there's a secret I completely forgot about (and no wonder seen as it's absolutely useless) and b) I could not for the life of me remember how to legitimately acquire the red key (I got so used to simply jumping over from the other crates). So with considerable embarrassment, I cut out a fairly sizable chunk of footage of me wondering around aimlessly before finally figuring it out. I don't think I'm going to run into any problems of that sort again for the rest of this play through. On the other hand at least, Industrial Zone provides us with access to the game's two secret levels, giving us a cool little detour into id Software's past... but that's in the next part!
