CONCEPT: URAL CONCRETE GAP

The answer to the systemic crisis of education is presented: "Sredorodie" and SCI matrices as a tool for assembling a new civilizational reality. The convergence of physical, digital, and virtual environments through Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) and the Internet of Things (loT) In the context of a global value vacuum and against the background of a rapid technological breakthrough, the expert community presents a new methodology for overcoming the systemic crisis of education. Diagnosing the current situation as a "tectonic crisis", in which traditional learning models have become" hard pieces of iron " that are not capable of profound changes, the authors propose a transition from the pipeline reform to the creation of a fundamentally new educational environment — Sredorodiya. "Dehumanization" — the loss of the ability to interact productively between technologies, values, and people-is recognized as a key problem. Popular RUNZ model (Work → Skills → Skills → Knowledge), being an important step, is considered as a necessary but insufficient condition. What is required is not to turn the educational pipeline upside down, but to create an environment where it can work effectively. Solution: Educational Stress Architecture The concept of Mediocrity suggests moving away from the paradigm of "creating conditions". Instead, it focuses on the architecture of dynamic tension between Chaos (a field of uncertainty, real challenges, and creativity) and Order (formalized skills, abilities, and knowledge). The task of a modern teacher-architect is not to transmit information, but to fine-tune this tension in order to stimulate deep development of competencies. Calibration tool: Square arrays SCI matrices (the Structural Code of Imagination) serve as a practical tool for implementing Mediocrity. This is not just a methodological guide, but a tectonic tool that allows you to visualize and reconfigure the structures of thinking and activity.
