Why I Don't Like EDM
Why I don't like EDM (Electronic Dance Music): I had a chat with a new friend in the content creation realm about what each of us do well in terms of our content and what we don't. He singled out the music on my channel as being something that I could work on and I don't disagree with him. The short answer of why the music on my channel is so generic? I'm really not into what's most popular with my audience, so I don't have much of a perspective on what's going to go over well. I've always been more into rock music--I love spinning to it! That isn't to say that I think EDM sucks or anything like that. I think people should enjoy what they enjoy. But it does frequently mean that I don't have any desire to spin when I go to festivals because it's all music that I'm kind of meh about. I'm trying out a new format with my videos--something more like a vlog than tutorials. Let me know what you guys think of this format! Do you want to see more videos like this from me?
