[Zero Hour] Complete USA Mission 3 with JUST 1 MOVE COMMAND! (Easy)

Works on Easy mode. I haven't tried it on Normal or Hard, but might still work for the most part. Just not in 1 move command maybe :P This is a legit speedrun strat, with optimizations coming down to how quickly you move Colonel Burton in the right direction after you gain control over him.
