Diablo 3 - Tide of Battle
Tide of Battle Location is located in the Battefields in act 3. I have recently discovered that its an random event. So what I do is I clear the area and ifs it not there then log in and out. The event itself is u walking into an allied base area and you defend the base. I hope that this helps u out thanks for watching
