Nikon AF-S FX NIKKOR 20mm f/1.8G ED Fixed Lens with Auto Focus for Nikon DSLR Cameras
In this video I go over the Nikon 20mm f1.8g lens. It's part of their midrange full-frame lenses that all have a maximum aperture of f1.8. It sits around the expensive 14mm Nikons and the 24 or 28mm models (both f1.8 and f1.4). The 20mm is pretty wide given it's a full-frame lens. A big benefit is that it can handle filters normally. ( 0.2 m) from the camera sensor plane. * Somewhat compact lens given the field of view. * Rubber gasket around the lens bayonet I had the 20mm f2.8D lens. I liked the perspective, but didn't like the results I was getting. It had a lot of optical issues and screw-drive auto-focus, though it was small and portable.* Works well with DX aps-c cameras and of course FX full-frame. * Switched from 28mm f1.8g to this. I ended up selling the 28mm to fund the price of the 20mm. * A fan of most Nikon f1.8g lenses.
