Also on the first level there is one large bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom. From the kitchen and living room, you step out to the beautiful patio covered area overlooking the Mayan ruins of Playacar phase 1. The patio is equipped with a large table and chairs for dining, a barbeque and lounging chairs. This is a peaceful spot to dine or relax with a book, or to have an evening of fun with friends. On the second floor you find 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The first bedroom has a king size bed, large bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and a large closet, and the third has two twin beds that can be made up as a king and generous closet. The large landing area outside the bedrooms provides a quiet place to relax and read.
