2016 Mercedes Benz GL 450s have defective navigation system.(11)
We bought 2016 Mercedes Benz GL 450 with defective navigation system. It would act crazy on the highways by getting off or on by itself, but never in a city or any other streets, which is strange. First time we took the car to the Helms Bros Mercedes service center, they updated or reinstall the software, didn't do any good. Second time to change the antenna and left a gap between the roof and antenna and filled it up with the silicone. Have a small video of that too. Still no changes. Then they claimed they drove with different 2016 GL on the Grand Central Parkway exit Jewel Avenue and the GPS did the same thing. So Richard Grein service manager from Helms Bros Mercedes service center and Aaron from Mercedes-Benz USA who was assigned to our case trying to convince us that all the car's navigation system do that and it's okay.
