Expeditions: Viking stealth
The quests "The Mercian Connection" and "The Helsott Curse" contain the only stealth sections in the game. Much more basic stealth than Logic Artist's last game, Clandestine, but this is fairly inevitable when you compare a turn based strategy RPG and a dedicated stealth game. I'm thinking of doing an insane difficulty 100%(ish) run of this game, but I'm fully aware that this is really uninteresting unless you properly explain things so I might be doing my first annotated and edited series.
