How to move faster on lava in Elden Ring

Use ash of wars with Quickstep or Bloodhound's Step, it uses a tiny amount of FP but you can go much anywhere with this This method also works on Poison/Rot swamps I drank Wondrous Physick for health regen so i can last on lava without dying very soon
