Real-Life Tarzan: How to Climb Trees Using the Real Tarzan Style of Orangutan Tree Swaying
This video shows you how to cross gaps from smaller to larger trees in a style safer and more realistic than swinging across large numbers of vines. Orangutans can utilize tree swaying to get from tree to tree. Here, I use this technique to get from a maple tree to a hackberry tree. I believe the tree I got into was not a sugar hackberry or sugarberry, since I do not think I was in (or at least not very solidly) its range.
