Planting Containers with Perennial Flowers| Jhuly's Aquatics & Gardening
In the past, I've always focused on annuals in all of my container plantings. However, I've decided to move away from that trend for a few reasons. Firstly, they require tons of water and fertilizer in order to perform the best, and using them year after year adds up! Now, I haven't completely stopped using them, just scaled back. In these containers, I've used plants that my eyes caught while walking through the garden center and since I couldn't think of an immediate spot in the garden to place them, I threw them together in a container and I LOVE how they turned out!
