The Evil Within - Box Head Boss Fight & Special Achievement (Chp. 7)

Box Head boss fight with an additional achievement/trophy for only killing 2 Keepers...You have to kill him twice to move forward on the level then just avoid him for the "I Don't Have Time For This!" achievement/trophy.
