Opus Player Android 11+ start procedure
This is Opus Player's start procedure for the the devices with Android 11 and later versions. Since Android 11, Google introduced new safety features that blocks apps to access other apps' files. In order to work, Opus Player requires that you give the explicit permission of reading and writing the files in the WhatsApp voice notes folder.
