We've been given access to preview access to the new 3.0 update for Old World Blues! This adds factions to Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado, as well as updates to Caesar's Legion! Lone Star are the trader's utopia allied to The Unity of Austin and the Texas Brotherhood; all working to recreate the State of Texas! Old World Blues mod is still in development, so as with all mods (and in-development work) bugs and other jankiness are expected.
