Opening of the exhibition “Emperor Nicholas II. On the 150th Anniversary of Birth" Выставочный проект подготовлен при участии Государственного архива Российской Федерации (Москва), Российского государственного архива кинофотодокументов (Красногорск), Российского государственного архива военно-морского флота (Санкт-Петербург), Центрального государственного архива кинофотофонодокументов (Санкт-Петербург), ФГБУК «Государственный музейно-выставочный центр РОСФОТО». Царствование императора Николая II пришлось на тяжелый период в истории российского государства и кончилось трагически — гибелью империи, самого монарха и царской семьи. В 2018 году мы чтим скорбную дату — 100 лет со дня расстрела Николая II и его семьи в Ипатьевском доме в Екатеринбурге. Основу выставки составляют фотоснимки, связанные с жизнью и правлением Николая II. Фотоизображения сопровождает кинохроника: материалы документальной съемки проведут зрителя через всю жизнь императора. Выставочный проект, предлагаемый вниманию зрителей, уникален, поскольку включает в себя весь спектр фотографического наследия семьи Романовых. В экспозицию вошли 150 фотографий и 30 минут кинохроники. Between 6 July and 9 September 2018, State Museum and Exhibition Center ROSPHOTO will host a large-scale exhibition commemorating the 150th anniversary of the birth of Emperor Nicholas II. His reign fell on a somber period in the Russian history and ended tragically — with the demise of the Empire, the Emperor, and his family. The year 2018 also marks the 100th anniversary of the tragic execution of the Russian Imperial Romanov family at the Ipatiev House in Yekaterinburg. The core of the exhibition consists of photographs related both to personal life and state affairs of Nicholas II. The images are accompanied by news-reel: documentary footage will guide viewers through the entire life of the last Russian emperor. This comprehensive exhibition encompasses the entire variety of the Romanovs’ photographic heritage. The exhibition features 150 photographs and 30 minutes of documentary footage.
