Polypectomy & Post Polypectomy Review Colonoscopy in Dhaka Bangladesh #BD_ENDOSCOPY
#BD_ENDOSCOPY A 17 year's old young boy presented with Irregular bowel, passage of blood mixed stool at SQUARE HOSPITAL LTD Dhaka Bangladesh. Multiple papilloma like lesions are seen at the anal canal All the lesions are removed by diathermy snare in piece meal fashion. A flat type polyp is seen at the rectum Multi focal APC is done throughout the rectal ulcer. After follow up colonoscopy- an area of mild inflammation is seen at the rectum (previous APC site). An area of mild inflammation is seen at the rectum (previous APC site). The mucosa, vascular pattern and the lumen of the colon appear normal. No recurrence of anal papilloma is seen. BIOPSY: Not taken. COMMENTS: Please see the description.
