League Starter! Setting Up Enki's Arc Witch [PoE 3.19]
Enki's superb build guide (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1147951) includes a great write-up and Path of Building file for how to level the famous "Arc Witch" (Elementalist) build, a smooth league starter that will do great in the 3.19 Lake of Kalandra expansion. This video serves as an summary of that build and walks you through how to play the first few acts on league start until the build really gets up and running. CORRECTION to the video: At one point I said the first ascendancy was "Elemancer" but that is actually the second one, you take Liege of the Primordial first.
