UI Setup Don't buy Grey weapons and equipment from normal vendors instead use the auction house every 5 levels at level 10 15 20 etc. If this is your very first char and you struggle with gold making don't spend your gold on equipment aside from weapons from time to time. Of course I know you won't face any penalties if you do that at below level 10 but why not start doing it the correct way right away. Only use the angel if you have no way of getting to your corpse. Visit your class trainer every few level ups and buy your new skills. If you don't want to waste your time thinking about which talent to select just visit wowhead and use their talent trees - they are really solid until you reach the end game and know what skills you use the most.
