Fixed: ipad (1, 2, 3, 4 ) not charging charge fully, stops charging, recharge problem
My ipad 3 wouldn't charge all the way. If I used it a while then left it, it would charge 5%-15% and then not take a charge anymore. At first I thought it was a ios 7 issue like some people in online forums suggested, but I had my old ipad 1st gen still and I found that that stopped charging fully overnight as well. I wondered if it might be the cold that was causing the problem and after having no problem charging the ipad up to 100% in a warmer room and testing the hypothesis a couple time more, I found this to be the case.
