Overwatch Drop Rates Revealed For China After New Law Goes Into Effect

Chinese gamers get drop rates for Overwatch loot boxes after a new Chinese law went into effect on the first of this month requiring videogame developers to reveal drop rates on any loot box that could be purchased with real life cash. Are the numbers universal? Do the rest of us get the same rates?
