The morning rush is turning into instant lawnmower patrol, the first thing the ducks do is start trimming instantly when they come out of the pen. They aren’t wasting any time going to the creek in the mornings now, it’s almost a direct route once they get out the long direct route. Hatcher getting cleaned out today of the final hatch, 72 more ducklings go to the barn plus we had 10 defective ducklings I had to put down that hatched but had some serious birth defects. It’s only been a couple days maybe 3 days and the ducklings that were in the back of the barn that I moved to the front are already starting to become water proof from playing in the kiddie pool.
