Indeed this game is Playable, but half-playable to Unplayable on certain part. Using the same engine as Skyrim except Lightning and the system "SpeedTree" which Intel claims to be worst at running SpeedTree, example of using SpeedTree game engine is like Tomb Raider, if you enable SpeedTree, The Witcher 3. The video I run is based on Modded Config where I remove shadows (maybe), some terrible effects, grass, almost all. Resolution changed to widescreen because it looks better, and Its Fullscreen. While there are some other laptops claiming that they can`t even run Fallout 4, I think that was Godrays bug, since I did run on NVidia and it runs almost 11fps, so Intel might be 1fps or lower but fixed after update Intel Driver.
