CS GO Offline lag new problem 2016 (please help me valve and cs go player)

i get 120-150 fps my laptop so fine after update i face this problem i am 10 time my laptop formate and again install cs go but its not fix ! plz help me please.i all trick and tip all try but not working.am very poor i have sony vaio E-series laptop.please fix this problem. please command guys.
