Fallout 3 error -bug

I need help with my fo3, I finished the main plot of the base game, and I have the dlcs (all) and when I finish the mission and I choose to go with Sarah or Fawkes after the game scenes it stays like this without being able to do anything! (from background I have some mods and the fose installed)
