Remaining Energy Deathblade New Patch Live Server Build
RE was nerfed heavily after it was released on the test server. Every single skill's meter generation was nerfed by 12.9%, along with hard nerfs on a couple other skills. The build/rotation has changed completely, and plays a lot more similarly to old Remaining Energy but with new skills instead. The Remaining Energy engraving nerfed surge damage by 30% on top of everything else. We also tested the old RE build and it does 40.2% less damage than this one. So although RE was significantly nerfed since the last test, it was still buffed by a large margin.
