Dozens of Palestinians have been wounded in another Israeli attack, this time on the West Bank city of Nablus. It comes just four days after the end of Israel's 'Shield and Arrow' military operation, which was aimed to take out the top commanders of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group in Gaza. However, despite the declared goal, a number of civilian sites came under Israeli bombardment.
