Portal Android Bug?

This may be intentional, but it seems odd that its looking around for me when I'm right in front of it. EDIT: I was able to reproduce it and I can say its not a bug in its full sense. Probably not intended, but it seems to be easily reproducible by normal means. Pretty insignificant
