Darius arrived at the command post to find the lance commanders and various reps from ThorCore in a heated discussion. The head rep played a recorded message: "This is Lt. Commander Cal Layburn commanding Darkwater Assault Division 3. ThorCore has broken it's peaceful agreement with the Word of Blake by backing the rebels on Caph. That agreement is now void and we are here to broker a new one. By Blakeist order, ThorCore is to disarm their facility on Lockdale and turn it's command over to me. You have 1 hour to reply. Any response other than your disarming and surrender will result in this facility being considered hostile and we will take it by force. Consider the lives of the people in your employ and surrender immediately." There was a crackle over the loud speakers in the massive mech bay: "All commanders report to your units, we are under attack. This is not a drill. All units move to your designated start points." The rules were developed and refined using the last scenario "The Battle for Lhasa" to come up with a system the players could all contribute in, regardless of their game system or lance composition.
