"Highwayman" - Doug Temlett
Doug wrote & recorded all the music in this instrumental back in 1989 as a theme for a story, but the video was made in the summer of 1994 by a video art student, (that's him on the bike & that's Doug playing the guitars), using an Amiga computer for some of the effects, which were cool at the time. Doug's good friend Steve McMurchie loved this song & played it everywhere for anyone he could, and because his family knew this, they asked for it to be played at Steve's funeral, after he died on Christmas eve day in 1997. Steve's brother John was the student who had made this video before Steve died. This one's for you, Steve, as you cruise those unknown Eternal Highways... He was a good guy & I'll never forget him.
