XP Reboot Loop PART 5of 7 - Resolution (4th Attempt): SeaTools Boot CD

OK here I am using Seagate SeaTools 2.22 to check the drive. The drive passed all the tests, so the drive is healthy and it IS XP that is bad. Or NTFS specifically. I just need a way to run CHLDSK on Drive C!! That's it, that's all! Sigh.... Once again I'm thankful for having my Linux installation.
