Budget Intel 12th Gen mobos are IN. Unboxing ASUS Prime B660MA-D4 DDR4 Motherboard. NOT a review ok
This is just an unboxing and looking at the ASUS Prime B660 M-A 4 mATX motherboard. This is not a review or testing of the board as I'm not sure if this is the right board for the build I'm planning. There's no bios done too because it doesn't have the option to do a bios usb flash with no cpu/memory, and that's not bad for the price point. TLDR/TLDW: This board is one of the sub $200 boards coming out with the B660 chipset. There's NO CPU overclocking but XMP and Intel Turbo Boost should still be available. 2 M.2 slots and 4 SATA port so should handle multi drives 6 USB rear I/O so should be enough for most users 1 USB-C, 5 USB New/Old header for case or external port use LTP/COM port header if needed for specific devices that still use them 4 Fan connectors to keep it cool 4 DDR4 slot so ability to expand memory if needed Glad that these sub $200 boards with DDR4 are coming in our retail stores now. I'm thinking of using this to replace my old PC and turn it to a backup pc/portable pc/media server... All of these are just my opinion, experiences and observations.
