Nidus is a fairly simple Warframe to farm in a sense, The Nidus main blueprint is acquired from the quest Glast Gambit. Somewhat fast quest that you get from Ergo Glast of the Perrin Sequence. The quest essentially has you run the index a ton solo with some bots, fun stuff. Other than that you can get the Bidus Chassis, Nidus Neuroptics, and Nidus Systems from Rotaction C of Eris Oestrus.
