Tutorial - Stating with Typescript + eslint in nodeJS

This is a tutorial on how to get started in nodejs with Typescript, using as well eslint to maintain a clean code. A review on what depencies need to be importent, and more importantly, why. I will try to explain the function of every dependency inside the project. Please forgive my horrible accent :P
