Doom 2016 | Yuzu EA 3854 on Steam Deck | Playable, 30fps
I was bored and had time so here's the Switch version of Doom 2016 running pretty excellently via Yuzu on the Steam Deck. The only real issues I noticed were the weirdly muddy textures (even more so than the actual switch, likely an LOD bug) and the occasional macro stutters, presumably for shader compilation and the like. Other than that, runs just fine at the standard 30fps you'd see running natively on the console. Should probably note that I played this without any updates, so it's possible that those stutters could be eliminated with those. Kinda doubt the texture issues are related to that though. Also for funsies I put a screenshot of Doom Eternal at the end, same deal with no updates or DLC, but it is severely screwed up even on the menu, which I couldn't get past. Of course that doesn't really matter, not like you can't already play either game with way better performance and visuals on PC natively. 0:00 - Doom 2016 Gameplay 10:32 - Doom Eternal Menu
