Give this mouth-watering Paan Kheer a try and let us know how it turned out. #PaanKheer #RiceKheer #SooperChef Paan Kheer Ingredients for Paan Puree: Paan leaves 2-3 Gulkand 1/3 cup Milk 1/2 cup Ingredients for Crumbs: All-purpose flour 2 cups Sugar 1 cup Butter (melted) 1/2 cup Almonds 10-12 Rose syrup 2 tbsp Ingredients for Kheer: Milk 2 L Rice (soaked) 1 1/2 cup Paan puree Sugar 1 cup Crumbs as required Rose syrup as required Directions for Paan Puree Preparation: 1. In a blender add paan leaves, gulkand, milk and blend well into a thick puree. Directions for Crumbs Preparation: 2. In a bowl add flour, sugar, melted butter, almonds, rose syrup and mix well to form crumbs. 3. Shift them onto a baking tray and bake at 200 C for 10-15 minutes. Set aside. Directions for Paan Kheer Preparation: 4. In a bowl add soaked rice and break them by pressing in hands. 5. In a pot heat milk and bring it to boil. Add rice and cook until rice is fully done and kheer is thick in consistency. 6. Add paan puree and give it a good mix. Add sugar and cook for 30 minutes over low flame. Your kheer is ready. 7. Dish it out in a bowl, garnish it with crumbs and rose syrup and serve. Preparation time: 20 mins Cooking time: 50 mins Servings: 5-6
