From the bonfire, King Austin goes back up into the Archives. On a table near some bookcases, he finds Orbeck's Ashes. After warping back to the Firelink Shrine, he shows them to Yuria. She bestows him the Morion Blade as a reward. then the king places the final Cinder. this allows him to buy a titanite slab from the shrine maiden.
