War Robots Test Server [2.5.0] - NEW Improved Jesse (including gameplay)
War Robots Test Server [2.5.0]. In this video I wanted to highlight some very important changes which took place in this weekend's Test Server [2.5.0]. All the Wild Bunch robots had their ability animation times cut to 0.5 seconds making the Quick Draw actually "quick". The Jesse's speed was improved from 57 km/h to 64 km/h and it's Quick Draw time was reduced from 18 secs to 10 secs. With these changes it made the Jesse robot more competitive, however in my opinion I would still like to see it's HP raised from 85k HP to possibly 90k or 95k. I wanted to highlight some gameplay using a lineup of only the Jesse robot coupled with builds or combinations which I felt worked best. Below is a list of time stamps of the different builds which I ran: [00:10] CRV Pins/Pinatas [01:53] Pinatas/Aphids [03:09] 4x CRV Pins [04:37] 4x Pinatas [05:58] 4 Aphids A few things which I noticed with my gameplay using the Jesse robot - at the [05:31] mark I was firing Pinatas at another Jesse and somehow he was able to out run my rockets even though he was 139m away. Aphids seemed to fly better even despite the fact that the Aphid was actually nerfed slightly during this test server. You can see a good example of this at [06:09] when I fired my Aphids at the Rogatka. What are my thoughts on the Jesse so far? I have found that the strongest combinations so far (which I have tested) was 4 Aphids or 4 Pinatas. In a sense it replaces the Patton since the Quick Draw ability is now a lot faster. With this robot you also have the added advantage of speed making it lethal when played right. I still however feel it needs an additional 5k to 10k HP. Overall I think the changes were necessary to improve the overall effectiveness of this light robot.
