How to Program the Built-in Arduino in the Odyssey Blue mini PC

The Odyssey Blue J4125 mini PC has an integrated Arduino Co-processor (the ATSAMD21 ARM Cortex-M0+) which can be programmed from Windows or Linux. There is also a 40-pin Raspberry Pi compatible header than can be programmed from Linux.
