BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH ?
I was in the middle of rebooking a delivery slot, using a trusted website (Royal Mail) and the laptop turned itself off for no reason. When I turned it back on all I got was this, it even has a name "BSOD", so it must have happened to others and not just me. My error code is 0xc0000185. I tried all the suggestions but the inactive usb ports make it difficult to reload windows 10 from a recovery drive. I also dont have another computer that I can load windows 10 onto a disc to try if it works that way.
