The SIMS 4 / loft one-bedroom apartment / speed build / lot of CC links

Hi guys ! I'm coming back with a new apartment ! Today I make a loft interior with one bedroom for a couple or a single. Downstairs there is a hall, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
